Terms of Service & Commercial Conditions
Effective Date: May 1, 2026 | Atelier Commercial Disclosures
1. Scope and Acceptance
Welcome to Bouquetcamembrt.quest, operated by Atelier Lisieux 5B ("Bouquetcamembrt", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern all orders, custom catering submissions, reservations, and web interactions. By accessing our platform or requesting bespoke floral Camembert platters, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Artisanal Products & Organic Variances
Our floral cheese arrangements feature raw-milk AOP Normandy Camembert wheels decorated with organic edible flowers (lavender, pansies, marigolds, rose petals), raw acacia honey, and hand-selected nuts.
3. Cold-Chain Delivery & Receiver Responsibilities
Due to the perishable nature of raw-milk French cheeses and fresh botanical blooms, strict shipping conditions apply:
- Temperature Guarantee: We guarantee that every shipment leaves our Lisieux atelier properly chilled and encased in wool thermal insulation. Platters are guaranteed to arrive below 4°C (39°F) on the first delivery attempt.
- Required Presence: The recipient or an authorized representative must be present at the designated delivery address to accept the shipment on the scheduled date. Deliveries left outdoors or unattended in thermal breach areas invalidate our fresh-arrival guarantee.
- Inspection & Damage Protocol: In the event of transit damage or a thermo-indicator strip alert (strip turning deep burgundy), the client must notify us at
[email protected]within four (4) hours of receipt, accompanied by clear photographic documentation.
4. Custom Catering Briefs & Event Orders
For custom event orders, weddings, or corporate briefs submitted through our platform:
- Custom catering quotes are valid for fourteen (14) calendar days from issuance.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure atelier crafting schedules for orders exceeding 20 individual wheels.
- Final guest counts and dietary allergy adjustments must be confirmed at least seven (7) business days prior to dispatch.
5. Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal Exemptions
Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and European directives on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to the supply of perishable goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as handcrafted raw-milk cheeses and fresh edible flower arrangements.
Standard platter order cancellations received at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to scheduled atelier preparation will receive full credit toward future dates.
6. Food Allergen Disclosures
All platter items are hand-assembled in an environment handling unpasteurized dairy milk, tree nuts (walnuts, pistachios), honey, and edible botanicals. While strict cross-contamination barriers are maintained in our Lisieux facility, clients are responsible for informing their guests of potential allergens.
7. Intellectual Property
All text, photography, cheese styling designs, SVG branding marks, and layout compositions published on Bouquetcamembrt.quest are the exclusive property of Bouquetcamembrt SARL. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial imitation is prohibited.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Lisieux (Tribunal de Commerce de Lisieux).
